GDF Suez Energy Services wanted an internal event that was a bit outside the box. So VO Event created a concept that screamed emotion, information, liveliness... and perfection. The 400 executives who attended were all old hands at this type of event, but even they were surprised by its outstanding quality. With the grand finale wrapped, it was mission accomplished!
To celebrate 30 years of IBA, Wallonia’s cancer radiotherapy expert, VO Event drew on the people-oriented values it shares with the company to run a 200-person event with the assistance of IBA founder Yves Jongen. A video montage, including numerous interviews with key IBA figures and partners from Belgium and abroad, walked viewers through 30 years of history. It was a mammoth undertaking that highlighted the human factor behind the success of both IBA and VO Event.View video
Tuc Rail, the railway engineering firm, entrusted VO with the task of running a conference to keep team members up to date with the latest internal policies. This wasn’t the kind of announcement that could be done with a passive top-down message. VO designed the event from start to finish: the message, projected media, coaching, videos and, to explain everything in a clear, dynamic way, a set design inspired by TV talk shows. The event was held at Brussels Expo, with seven speakers sharing their experience of the changes and winning the support of the 750 employees.
